There are two ways to uninstall and remove Google toolbar from Internet Explorer. You can use Add or Remove Programs to uninstall it. If it doesn't work for you, you can use some removal tools to help you. Use Add or Remove Programs This is the best, easiest way to uninstall Google toolbar. You can use this method to get rid of most software that you don't want any more. Just follow the steps below: 1. Click Start menu and Control Panel. 2. Click Add or Remove Programs. The window will pop up and display the list of the programs you have installed on your computer. 3. Find the icon of Google Toolbar and click Remove. 4. Then you will be asked "Are you sure you want to remove Google Toolbar from you computer". Click Yes. 5. Then it is uninstalled from your computer. If some components or files of a program are corrupted or missing, you will not be able to use this method to uninstall the program. Because Windows needs the intact components and files of a program to identify the program. If you are prompted with a message which says you can not remove a program, it means that the program is corrupted and you will need to use a removal tool. |
