How to Convert OST File to PST File

Most of us who use MS Outlook email client to access our emails are familiar with .ost files. The offline storage files are created when you work in offline mode in MS Outlook, provided that your MS Outlook account is synchronized with MS Exchange Server. These files are created either when you manually choose to work in offline mode in MS Outlook or when you lose your internet connection due to network related issues. The purpose of creating offline files is to prevent any loss of data while working offline.

However, the .ost that save your offline data cannot be accessed by using MS Outlook. To access your offline data that is stored in the file, you will need to convert the .ost file to .pst file.
